About
Philippa earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 1996, graduating with honors. Philippa received her B.A. from St. Lawrence with dual majors in Philosophy and Government. She graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Sigma Tau.
Experience You Can Count On
Philippa started her practice shortly after passing the California State Bar in 1996. Initially, she opened a general practice handling everything from business litigation to family, probate to bankruptcy. In 2005, Philippa sold her practice to focus solely on Criminal Defense work. For the next 20 years, Philippa handled indigent defense contracts for various counties, focusing on felony and juvenile matters. Philippa brings almost 30 years of defense experience to the firm.
Community Focus & Involvement
Philippa moved to California area with her husband after he was stationed here early on in his Army career. They became involved in the local community coaching all levels and all types of youth sports. Philippa still coaches at Whitney High School and continues to give back to the community through volunteer work.
